1. Things to note when ordering
Production period
The production period is 15-20 business days, but may be delayed depending on the availability of materials. We will notify you separately in case of a delay, and order cancellations and refunds due to production delays are not possible. Since we do not provide a service to specify a delivery date, please place your order with plenty of time for production.
No cancellation/exchange/refund after payment is completed
Shoes are custom-made products manufactured as an option based on individual orders, and are produced upon order. Due to the nature of custom-made products, they cannot be resold.
Accordingly, in accordance with Article 17 of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc. (*Enforcement Decree Article 21)], exchanges or refunds due to simple change of mind (*including ordering errors such as size selection errors) are not possible under any circumstances, and the customer's consent to this is obtained when ordering.
Order Change Guide
SEONG BIRD shoes are manufactured by sending customers' orders to the manufacturer in real time.
Since we begin ordering and manufacturing raw materials and auxiliary materials based on the purchase order, changes to the order are not possible under any circumstances after payment is completed, and we ask for your consent when ordering.
2. Quality Assurance and A / S Guide
Warranty period: within a month from the date of purchase
For product defects that occur within one month of purchase, little lenore provides the following services.
If a product defect is confirmed due to manufacturing negligence, compensation will be provided in the following order: free repair > exchange for an identical new product > refund.
A paid repair service is provided for products that have passed the warranty period, as well as for damage to the product due to consumer negligence, damage caused by ignition or use, or subjective adjustments to the fit (widening the ball of the foot, etc.).
A / S related procedures
- If you believe there is a problem with the product after receiving it, please contact the customer service center before ignition.
- When sending the product back, please repackage it in the original box in the same condition you received it in. (There is a risk of the product being damaged during transportation.)
- If you wish to have your product repaired, please contact the customer service center first and make a reservation. (Whether or not repairs are possible, the time required, and the cost may vary.)
- If you send a product without prior consultation with our service team, it may be returned without notice and we are not responsible for any loss.
If a defect is discovered within the first month of purchasing the shoes due to a cause attributable to the product (e.g. manufacturing negligence), compensation will be provided in the following order.
- Free repairs
- If repair is not possible, exchange for the same new product (cannot be exchanged for a different product/same product color)
- Refund if repair or exchange for the same new product is not possible
However, even if a product defect is discovered due to our fault, exchange and return may be restricted in the following cases.
- In cases where it is difficult to determine whether a product defect is due to manufacturing error due to external ignition
- If the product value is damaged due to customer's fault such as excessive wearing or carelessness
- If any part or component of the product is missing or damaged
- If a request for exchange or return is not received within the product's quality assurance period
- If you did not purchase through an official SEONG BIRD retailer
- If the product does not arrive within the period agreed upon in advance with our service team
When repairs are limited or impossible
- If the quality warranty period has expired (1 year from the date of purchase for leather products)
- For products produced in limited quantities (e.g. when it is difficult to obtain EX materials)
- If a problem occurs in the product due to the customer's fault within the quality assurance period
- If the product is excessively aged or damaged (EX. if the leather is torn, if the sole is excessively worn, etc.)
- Repairs are not possible if the entire body needs to be replaced (EX. Material contamination/discoloration/fading, leather scratches/peeling/tearing, shape deformation and damage due to heat or moisture, replacement of the entire outer or inner skin, etc.)
