SHIPPING AND RETURN

Exchange and return address-
When using another courier, you must apply in advance.
If additional fares occur, it is all borne by the customer, so please use the contact courier.

Knit products cannot be exchanged or returned.

Exchange and return information-Please apply for an exchange or return on the bulletin board within 7 days after receiving the product.
-It is difficult to exchange and refund after 7 days after the delivery is completed.
Products sent at will without being accepted on the bulletin board will be returned.
Exchange refund shipping fee due to simple change of mind (paid by the customer)
Exchange refund shipping fee due to defective product (free)
-If the product is defective, it can only be exchanged for the same product size and color.

WASHING TIPS

Hand washing or putting it in the laundry net is recommended for cold water washing in the washing machine.
Dark-colored clothes can cause otitis, so it is recommended to wash alone.
It is forbidden to use a dryer that may deform the product.
Even if the product is defective, it cannot be exchanged or refunded when washing.

NOTICE

For requests for changes and cancellations before delivery, please contact us via email before 12 o'clock before printing the invoice.
After printing the invoice, a shipping fee will be charged for exchange and cancellation.
If exchange, return, exchange, and refund are not possible, please check the NOTICE for information.
*Products with the same order number will be delivered together.

Returns & Refunds

Yes, we offer full and partial refunds.

A refund request MUST be submitted within two weeks after the purchase is made.
